Default NMEA 0183 to NMEA 2000

do you have any devices that will convert the old NMEA 0183 to the new NMEA 2000 for use with the Lowrance network? i have a Raymarine 435 that i would like to get speed info from to a Lowrancw LMF-400. thanks George

I would call up Maretron and see if this would help you http://www.maretron.com/products/at10.php

I have never used one but looks like it could be what you need. This product might help too: http://www.maretron.com/products/usb100.php

Let us know what you find out. We sell Maretron so if any of this fits your application let me know.

thanks for the info. i have called Maretron. they tell me i need the NMEA 0183 data sentence my Raymarine 435 uses to output the speed over ground to ensure the AT10 will convert it. i have asked the question on the Raymaine site. when i get an answer, i'll write back and see what the device costs and let you know if i can use it.
