I just ordered one with a note requesting a second mounting bracket. I need a second bracket to use this radio on two boats and not a flush mount bracket.

Not sure what the deal is, I just tried it again on a different computer and it works fine. You can always go to icomamerica.com to check out the radio.

If i get one with the ut 112 scrambler can i talk with icom m59 or m127's when they are in scrambled mode?

The M59 and M127 can't be retrofitted to descramble a scrambled signal according to ICOM tech support.

The are still available. We did an update to our site that washed away some non-current stuff so that got caught up in it. I put the product back in buut there is no description. These are brand new Icom 502's that are Black.

Thats a great price on a great radio.
And what do you charge for the garmin NJ Blue card?
Also do you have telescoping 15 foot 1 1/2 inch outriggers.
I cant find things on your site....
