Garmin 3206 and GSD 22 back to Garmin

Well after updating the software on my network, was still unable to read bottom. This is after installing new transducer, checking to make sure that worked by hooking up old sonar and it worked fine. So now I have to ship both units back to Garmin for them to troubleshoot. Anybody know what there normal turn around time is?

never heard them taking longer than a week - usually a day or two....

I sent a 2010C back to them last year for the same problem. On my depth screen I would not get any numbers and their was no visable bottom. It was also starting to fog. I sent UPS next day, they got it on a Monday and I got it back the following Monday. Some type of software glitch, they did replace the screen. That fixed the fogging for a whole 2 weeks.
