c-map PC Planner

I have the C-Map PC Planner and use it on my Dell. The problem I'm having is when I install the software and put in the waypoints it works for about 2 startups. Then after that I can't access the file manager. It just freezes. I have to remove all the software and reinstall. Then it works again for 2-3 times. I've tried their new version as well and the same thing happens. It is driving me nuts. Can anybody help with this problem. Does anybody else have this problem?

Hi John, I just picked up this software today.... I didn't have that problem.... I would try using a different USB port and see if it makes a difference,

I'm having no luck transferring the data to my Navnet 2... I've got all the waypoints loaded into the software. I use File Manager to copy to the SD card but the waypoints I end-up with are only 4 sometimes next time 30 next time 17 but never do they have all the waypoints I've keyed in. I had no problems getting the data off the Navnet but when I make changes or add new points the software will not properly put everything back. I'm using version 10.0.2 build 658, what version are you running?

3.3.2 version. I tried the 10.0.2 and it did the same thing. I can't even open the file manager w/o the box hooked up. If I start it in demo mode it won't open either and it freezes. I posted on FS what I think might be your problem JohnFitz on FS forum.

Thanks. I think I may have solved my own problem. I shut off the anti-virus software and then tried running it (after reinstalling it) and so far havn't had a problem. If it happens again I will call. Thanks for the help.
