Most if not all the Garmin units let you choose what you want. If you are interested in a certain unit, go to the web site and download the instruction books for the unit.

yes Think twice,
But the humminbird legend has a special metric model they call not 1000 or 2000 and 3000 but 1005 etc.
And for the 5 model I have to pay 3x as much overhere than a 3000 in the states.

Wow, they make a Fish finder now that will tell you not only how deep the fish is, but what country it is from?

How does it depict it, with a flag from that country?

Most new equipment is trilingual. Nautical miles, statute miles and metric.

Personnaly Humingbird fish finders are not my preferred choice

They're also putting translators in some electronics so you can talk to them too!

I just uploaded the new GARMIN software update to my 2010C. I looked at the release notes, and found that they added a French translation. I said, "Naw, they wouldn't also..."
Sure enough, when I scanned through the world map, I found IRAQ! There was a label above it with an arrow pointing right to Baghdad that said "VOUS ETES PAS ICI !!" (YOU ARE NOT HERE!)
