Default Furno GP1650df

Sounds like a stupid question but does anyone know how to set the time on this unit.I cannot
find it in the book!!!!!The unit is one hour fast?

Default Furno GP1650df

You can't really set the time. The unit uses UTC or Universal Time. To display local time you must apply your local time offset. This is under "GPS Setup Options" on the Furuno 1650 as described on page 11-5 of the Operators Manual. The local time offset for NC is -5:00, you may need to change it to -4:00 for Daylight Saving Time.
