HELP!! Raytheon raychart 610es

I was given a raytheon raychart electronic chartplotting 610 es unit. I understand I need a fishfinder or radar unit to interface with to act as a monitor. Anybody out there know what I need and who has one for sale?? I need a manual, power cord. gps input what type???

Skippertwo- I have the 611EST which is a factory updated version of the 611 ES Raychart controller head designed to interface with and display color charts on the older Raytheon V850 fishfinder . The up date was needed to use the then newer C-Map CF 95 chart cartridges as the older CF88? chart carts were becoming obsolete and no longer available. The 610 ES ( which looks identical to the 611ES)I believe only displays monochrome charts on the old Raytheon 20XX & 40XX radars and does not use any charts presently available. The 600 series chart contollers are quite primitive compared to any chartplotter on the market today. I never use mine as I have 2 other modern color chartplotters onboard that are so much better in every respect. Sorry to say, my personal opinion is that this installation would not be worth it to you even if someone gave you the Radar display and array, all cables and GPS antenna & was willing to install all that stuff for free. The person who gave you that unit did you no favor, but ,heck, it might look sort of slick sitting on your dash.

you would need either a raytheon v850 or v8010 to use a 610es, neither have been made for 8+ years, and the fact that the 610's use cf-85 c-maps, not even nt or nt+, just let it go, its not worth the investment to get it up and running
