Re: Raymarine man overboard alarm Yeah, but his problem is that is now a part of a route. I had the same problem. If I tired to delete the mob point it said it was in use and wouldn't do it.
I couldn't find the route it was in, so I deleted them all. No big deal for me since it was on my radar display and not on my chartplotter. Besdies, I have them on an NT chip and can just reload them back. I always have routes and waypoints in multiple places and can recover easily.
It was a pita though. Even though it was on my radar display, since it's networked to all my other gear it was picked up by my autopilot. Every time I tried to follow a route, it would head for the mob point.
