Default My Lowrance is killing me!

I have a 337C that has been no fun at all. First it died first trip out with it, waited almost a month to get it back and the FF works but the GPS won't aquire. I have always had Garmin, and never have had this much trouble.

I will say this again about Lowrance. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX BIG TIME!.

They think that putting a "this is our busy season" on the recording is a good excuse to wait for 20 to 30 minutes on a help line. The person in charge of their CS dept should be fired immediatley. Apparently, he has no idea of what service is. But sadly, that is the way many companies are treating their customers lately.

However, their is an easy solution to it. DO NOT BUY LOWRANCE OR EAGLE PRODUCTS.

You have the power to bring them down off their high horse. It is simple.

I have sold literally dozens of those without any compaint from the customers in the las t few years. Sorry your having trouble.....I always reccomend those to people who have space problems for mounting because they are such a reliable little unit.

Are you getting the "GPS Not Responding" error? If so, you have a problem with the 2nd power (or ground) leads. They both have to be connected and working for the GPS to work.

No, it powers up, and there are lots of satellites indicated, but no lock on. It will occasionally aquire fix, but loses it almost instantly, before it indicates where you are on the map.
