Default laying out an overhead electronics box

First time setting up an overhead electronics box for a boat. Some questions that I've had include;

Is there a 'priority' as to which electronics are best placed up there?
How much (if any) of a downward angle should you set the display faces at?
Any suggestions for a fused power supply strip that I can mount to feed power to the equipment or is it wise to not supply them from a common feed?
