Default Raymarine c-120 question

I have a c-120 setup with Navionics Gold Chip. A few questions I need help with.

1. With this set up, is there a way to plan trips, set waypoints ahead of time on a PC?

2. The chip is supposed to have info on wrecks, marinas, etc. built in. I see the markers on the plotter, but how do I access the extra info?

Thanks in advance.

#1) There is a little utility you can download from the RayMarine website that will allow you to convert waypoints to/from Excel spreadsheet format.

#2) Move the cursor on top of what you are interested in and then press 'OK' button.

Navionics Navplanner is now available.

I ordered it yesterday from BOE for $125.

Do you guys know if I can interface two c70 together. For example One radar antenna on transducer and one gps antenna. Two displays and show all three funtions for a total of six functions. Just for redundancy if one screen craps out.

check out the raymarine.com site, it has all your answers.
The 'C' series is not networkable, so each display has its own inputs and can not share. Thus if you transducer is connectect to your #1 C70, your #2 C70 will not be able to display sonar. If one screen craps out you have to move the cable to the other C70.

For the 'E' series everything can be displayed on either unit with no need to move cables as the units and components are on the same network.

A 'C' series is not 'networkable' thus while it can work with an 'E', adding a 'E' to your existing C70 will not solve your problem.

Check out the Raymarine site.
