Default Raymarine e125 update?

I just purchased a raymarine e125 head unit for my center console. I noticed on the website there was an update available so I went ahead and followed the directions as recommended per the website. When the update was complete, I had sent the file to the sd card, again, per the website directions, unzipped and all, went to insert in sd card slot in unit, powered it up and nothing......I tried another computer and nothing. I tried another sd card with a little larger capacity and nothing. I even called the tech department at raymarine and had the tech walk me through the process and it still didn't work. She said as soon as the card is installed, fire up the unit and it should recognize the download and start updating. But nothing.... I even tried to extract the data after the unit was powered up and nothing. Funny thing, it shows an sd card installed in the slot and even the update number on the screen but fails to download the info. Any recommendations?? Anybody with the same problem? Thank you.

Click the link below and look for the video

http://www.raymarine.com/display/?id=12280

1.Insert a compatible Flash memory card into the computer's memory card reader or into a memory card reader which has been interfaced to the computer.
2.Select the appropriate software download for your product from HERE
3.Upon completion of the download, click on the downloaded file to open it
4.Copy all files to the Root of the Flash card (Root is the first level you access when selecting the Flash). Make sure the files are not in any folders on the card
(See video below for examples. Files will vary depending on update)

For example: if your computer has assigned Removable Disk (E to your memory card reader/writer, then the software update files should be copied directly to Removable Disk (E, not to any folders created on the memory card.

Note: You are only opening the ZIP file that is downloaded. You cannot open the files contained in the ZIP file, these have extensions such as .dob .pkg .sh .sh.sig.iso with various file names. If you attempt to open these files you will see an error as they are designed to update your Raymarine products and not for use in a Windows, Apple or Linux PC.

I've up dated all our equipment to the 16.47..the only problem I've had was getting the info to the card.Make sure the the info is on the card.If it's on there it will go in.Capt.Mike
