Default Airmar B60 Tilted Element TD

Putting a C-120 package in my Parker 23SE. Looking at the Tilted Element 12* transducer for the 14* deadrise hull. How does it perform? Any better choices for mainly Chesapeake Bay fishing?

It's a great little ducer ..
remember it nothing more than a P66 ...
but for a smooth transition it's the cats meow...

John: So this transducer shouldn't perform better than a P66? Are the specs the same?

I was thinking of upgrading from the P66 (which works very well for me) to the Tilted element over the winter, but need to find out more about it first.

John, if you are having turbulence problems or are just sick of looking at your transom mounted ducer hanging off the back it would be an upgrade. But if your TM ducer is performing as advertised you will not notice a difference.

I have the same setup and couldn't be happier. If I was rigging a new boat I would go the Tilted Element route though.
