Default Teleflex/Morse KE-4 controls

I'm not sure if I should have posted this over in the regular boating or here, but....

I am in the process of trying to order some of these controls for a boat with a single engine and 2 stations. The information I have reads like Chinese stereo instructions. Does anyone know exactly what I would need to order, beside:
2 control heads
1 control unit
1 actuator
2 Harness remote controls
2 teleflex supreme cables

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I have this type of controls in a dual station twin outbord setup. You will need 2 single control heads, 1 actuator, 1 control unit, 2 control head to control unit cables (appropriate lengths), and the throttle and shift cables. Very nice controls! They will spoil you! I would also call Teleflex for advice. Teleflex website has instructions you can download to read before buying components!

I finally got someone at teleflex to respond. Thanks for the help.

BTW - Warthog had a dual engine control head.

Yep, It's just the binicale for twin's. New in the box. I paid $550 for it. I'll let it go for $500 and I'll pay the shipping.

Can people with experience with the Teleflex / Morse KE-4 system share their thoughts?

I might consider these controls for my twin outboard boat. The Yamaha controls seem to move quite a ways without doing anything, then the next slightest movement guns the engine(s). I would prefer more precise control when docking.

Auto-sync of the engine rpm's would also be a nice feature.

So what's the story on this unit, and how difficult to install? (In my case, I'm asking how costly to install, as I wouldn't attempt it myself...)

Thanks

My Tides 27 Express, OSPREY, had dual station Morse Ke-4 controls for her twin Yanmars. I, as did everyone else who drove OSPREY, loved them. They were precise, smooth, and very reliable. I also made sure that manual overrides were available and easily accessible in the event of a power failure. If properly installed, the answers will be "yes" to both of those criteria. A synchronizer is an option, but I stuck to using my ears. Teleflex was a bit slow to respond to my inquiries, but their answers were complete and accurate.

A word of caution: Make sure that everyone aboard understands the sensitivity of the controls. Even a slight bump of the handles will result in a substantial change in RPM, resulting in unwanted acceleration, deceleration, or shifting. I made sure that everyone on the boat either stayed completely clear of the helm station and tower controls or drove the boat for awhile to familiarize himself.
