Default Raymarine Tranducer

I got the E120 running and now I have to put the thru hull transducer in. The one from Raymarine I got is the low profile thru-hull one but it is not tilted or angled for the boats deadrise... is that a problem?

YES ....

if it does not shoot straight down it will only get a degraded return signal and then your not be seeing what is under your boat!!!

you need to have it mounted to where it send and recieves a straight up and down signal ...Most likely you need the fairing block cut !!!

Which transducer do you have???
