"Entry" Color Sounder and Chartplotters

Looking for any suggestions. Size and quality of the display are important and the units will be mounted in a console, but will take somewhat of a beating bouncing across the gulfstream.

Sounder:
I'm considering the Furuno 600L and the Garmin 320C. I need to see wrecks and distinguish bottom types in depths up to 200 feet of clear saltwater, but I don't do any deep dropping. I plan to use a shoot-thru ducer and separate depth and GPS units.

Chartplotter:
I had considered the Garmin 182c, but since I already have a C-Map nt chip, I'm inclined to go with a Furuno plotter. This would likely be compatible with the 600L sounder, to the extent that matters. I think the base Furuno plotter is a 1650w.

I have read reams here and am grateful to the posters, but would appreciate any commentary regarding my upcoming purchases.

Furuno or Raymarine for serious sonar- Garmins are freah water units or backup for serious salt water fishing.
