Default Temp Sensor

I recently purchased a Furuno600l with an in hull ducer, I would like to add temp.Does anyone have a temp sensor mounted to the transom that can tell me if it kicks up water and sprays it like a transducer does? I'd rather not go with a thru hull sensor, I'm wondering how big phisically a transom mounted sensor is. thanks in advance.

Dytek and Lowrance make one. Not sure how big the ducer is. Can't imagine it would be that big though.

Default Temp Sensor

I have a Raymarin separate temp sensor. It is 1" long by 1/2" wide, by 1/4" thick. It has two little screw holes in it to fasten it.

Furono's is probably EXACTLY the same (read: Airmar makes them all).

Thanks, I might as well order a transome mount sensor.
