any one have the Garmin GPSMAP® 546/546s?

Was thinking of upgrading my older Garmin GPSMAP 188c sounder to this newer unit.

This older GPS Sounder has been reliable and performed overall excellent.

What do you think I should do? Wait for it to croak (would hate for that to happen offshore) or upgrade to this newer model? I already have a separate radar, want to stick with Garmin and already have a separate sounder unit.

Any input/advice would be appreciated!

I have the 526S which is like the one you want except it doesn't come with any maps. I like it... screen is a tad small for navigation but big screens equal big bucks.
