Default Emailed Furuno, emailed local dealer, anyone help me?

Is this normal? My navnet3d looks like this in Charleston harbor, but resumes normal 3d & sat photo after i'm on the other side. You can still see a faint satellite overlay on the non-3d part so I know the satellite photo data is there... its like its doing it on purpose but for the life of me I cannot find why

I know that some chart areas were just recently updated with their edition 3 charts. Have you downloaded the new charts? This may correct the problem. Go to their web site to download the charts and install them on your system. If you don't know how to do that, they have a video on their web site on how to install charts. I watched it and it walked me through what I needed to do. Here is a link: http://www.furunousa.com/LearningCen...ng-Videos.aspx

Good luck!

I think they just released the edition 3 charts in the last month or 2. Bayside's right, it might be worth a quick call to verify.

FYI, this issue has been corrected with the latest Furuno software and 3d data release

Wild-
Thanks for the update. Just out of curiosity, can you post another picture to show the difference between the old and the new?
