Navnet3d satellite photos not showing up

Ok... so I've got the sat data for Charleston through south of Charleston, and Charleston and north loaded. As soon as I enter close to Charleston harbor the 3d and satellites stop showing... on the other side of the harbor they resume again. It looks like the most complicated areas on the chart aren't showing 3d or satellite. If I look closely I can see a faint satellite overlay so the data is there, but its not doing the 3d thing at all. Seems like this is a setting somewhere but I can't find it. Anyone encounter this before?

Never experienced it, but if they are faintly there try to adjust the opacity of the sat photos.

turn the transparency down, also you can turn the images off on the overlay function of the rotoknob. the chart should show in 3D at any zoom level but the exxageration may change, you can turn on the 3D exaggeration in the menu. the charts take some tweaking but can be set up really nice.

Its not transparency... its just not showing. At elliots cut, the 3d-ness stops, the satellite photos stop, and it reverts to charts only with a barely visible sat photo overlay. after exiting the harbor and getting near awendaw SC the 3d-ness and sat photos resume..
