then you are looking at a Networked system, the avalible sonar/GPS systems are sub par and do not meet the requirements for being "sick". although the Furuno GP-7000F can support 1KW with a Maching box and Furuno transducers it supports C-map cartography and blows away the Garmin 546 and Raymarine A-series. What kind of boat? will you be fishing?

O.K skip the combo units. How about a great sonar for a 24' center console.

I assume you need it for saltwater...
The Furuno FCV-585 matched with a 1KW ducer (through hull - B260, in hull - M260, transom mount - TM260, or through hull tilted - B164) would be my first choice for 100-1500 ft.

Furuno 585, if you fish in less than 500 ft of water I would go with a B744 ducer for the 45 degree cone angle. or a tilted element pair.
