Default Seatel Coastal 14M problem

I have a 6 mt old Seatel Coastal 14m that has locked up. The control panel reads C14 ACP Ver 3.00 and will not boot. It has been flaky from day one. Talked to Seatel who will only work through dealers and there are no dealers in Atlanta. So I can’t even send it in to Seatel for repair.

Anyone else had this problem and this is a heads up for anyone who is considering buying Seatel.

I have a guy that works on the older seatel units here in Ft. Luaderdale. He is extremely knowledgable and has gotten my older seatel up and running many times. Send me an e-mail if you are interested.

Have you rebooted the system. Completely unplug the unit wait 1 minute and then reboot. I'm not that familiar with SeaTel but have that problem occasionally with my SeaKing.

Tried it. Also, checked that there is 30v at the PCU. Tried to connect a laptop and reload the OS but get no response from the system.

Thanks for the offer. But clicking on your user name will not give me access to send you an email. So try sending me an email.
