I applogize for the problem you are having. Below are a few items you could try:
a. Have you confirmed the Voltage (battery connections on the Accressory cable) to the plotter are ok.
b. Remove the C-Map Cartography card and restart the plotter are report what happens to me via phone or email (s.iverson@vxstdusa.com).
c. Do you have a software update card? Have you recently tried to update the software?
