C80 Display not showing water temp

Any of you guys that own a C series unit that use a transom mount ducer (I have the P66) - could you tell me how to get the display to show water temp? I could not find anything in any manuals I received. They were all for the other Raymarine units.
Scott, regarding your ducer popping up I have the same problem - I might lock it in place with some epoxy.

If you press the menu button and go to where it says "configure Databar" you can choose to have the temp. displayed on the databar. I think it's listed under the menu called "environment" or something similar. That's the only I have found to get the temp displayed. Maybe someone else can provide another way...
