SeaKing 9818RJ Satelite TV System

My SeaKing satellite system has quit working and I have tried everything to get it working again including replacing the tuner. I feel it maybe a coaxial connection since every once in awhile it will lock on a satellite. The Direct TV box is fine. It's just not locking on a satellite. Not alot of information but all I got. Have talked to SeaKing several times but they aren't much help.
