Digital Switching System - Keypad 800R

Anybody know were I can purchase the KEYPAD 800R from Digital Switching Systems... These are sealed keypads and one of them has malfunctioned.

just went through this with a customer, I have there contact info at the shop, but I got the panel from Pursuit(the boat was a pursuit) did you try reseting the system? (to reset remove battery power for 10 minutes)
