I talked to US Product Support this morning. They're are saying mid-Dec shipping in the states. Its close.

And the new post Lauderdale is the hybrid E will now be Navionics embedded with TurboView. Had to make a change due to "availability of Jeppesen charting engine". But Jeppesen C-MAP 4D card compatibility will come in the spring with a free software upgrade.

straight touchscreen sucks (as experienced on my cel phone - try dialing while drifting). hybrid on the other hand will be awesome. the ability to use either button or touchscreen.
