Garmin 178c / Bluechart Data Card

I use a pre-programmed (Pacific) BlueChart Data Card in my Garmin 178c when fishing on salt water. When lake or river fishing I am able to use my Garmin MapSource CD's on my PC using MapSource Software to plan trips and upload them to a 32 mb blank data card for the 178c. Is there anyway I can use the Preprogrammed BlueCart card (like I do the CD's) to plan trips on my PC? I have the necessary Garmin USB Card reader..
