Waypoint management software

Howdy everyone, new member here, in addition to saying hello I was wondering what software package you guys have found to be the best for waypoint management. I want to be able to add GPS numbers into the software and then add it to my unit. I have an Eagle 505c and have tried some software but none have worked well yet. I'd really love to be able to add spots to Google Earth and then transfer them to my machine. Any ideas? Thanks.
