Default Raymarine A57D or Lowrance HDS7?

I am trying to decide as these are the two units in my price range. I like the garmin units in this price range, but the screen size is a little too small and will not fill in the cutout from my previous flush mounted Lowrance.

I have been reading about some of the problems associated with the Lowrance HDS units. I cannot seem to find much of anything on the new Raymarine A series? Anybody have any recommendations on either of these machines? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
