Default JL audio warranty

Two of the crossovers on my JL 7.7 components stopped working causing the tweeters to not have any output. I tested the tweeters on another crossover that is working and it is deffinatley not the tweeters. Does anyone know what the warranty is on this?

if you bought them from an authorized dealer and have the paperwork, just send them to JL or your dealer for replacement.

Same problem with my JL Audio component speakers.

Bought at an authorized dealership (SW FL navigation, now out of bussiness) speakers out of warranty anyway.
JL Audio is not able or willing to provide the crossover coupler as a repair part.
I talked to 2 CS people lately. They do not sell to the consumer, neither are they able to provide a part# , so I could order from a dealer.

Mine may be out of warranty as well. What is the price on a pair of crossovers?

I actually called the other day about this when you called me and they said the crossovers are not available as a replacement item. The whole speaker will need to be replaced. The rep suggested gluing your broken one back on. Sorry I did not call you back about it yet.

Warranty is 2 years; just had one of my 650's go bad and had it replaced. Also added 4 7.7's with sep tweeters 10' sub and the 4500 amp. Original set-up was 4 650's and sep amp. I kept those and moved them to other areas of the boat. Be careful when swapping out as the tweeter cover have changed.

That's what they told me, after giving me a goaround .
I would have called you next week.

Thank's for your try though.

What pisses me off is, with the attitude JL audio handles their business, the products should be superior. THEY ARE NOT.
After 3 years of moderate use I had 2 tweeters and 1 crossover coupler gone down. That's not great!

BTW, gluing is not necessary, the crossover coupler is screwed in place at the rear of the speaker and to exchange it would be easy. But this thing is dead --- makes no sense.
