lowrance radar issue

when I power up my Lowrance radar it basically says "initiating" Ive checked the baud rate and power. Could it be the rim 200?

It is supposed to initialize and then go to warm up for two mins. Then it is hit power button to transmit.

Where does yours go after it initializes ? If there where a problem with your rim I think it would say radar not detected.

it never stops saying "initializing" The unit had the beta software and it worked fine. It now has the latest update so Im wondering if that is the problem?
