Default NavNet 3D Software Update Version 2.01

Furuno posted the new version 2.01 software update on their website. It has quite an array of new features.

I have put the link to both the text features and the download on our company site here. Scroll to the bottom of "Furuno news":

Default Question???

I have version 1.09 on my MFD 12 and 8. Do I need to install the interim versions before I install 2.01 or will 2.01 upgread everything from 1.09?

Does anyone know if this update will allow Lat/Long data to be received from a DSC radio or fish finder?

Glen, I read the text link and it says that the FCV-1150 can now be interfaced with the Navnet 3d. Does this mean you can run a full screen souner on the MFD display with ouf a sounder box or is it still required to get the sounder on the Nav net?

I was wondering the same thing. The FCV-1150 does have an ethernet port so that could make it possible.
If anyone has an answer please post.
