Default Getting #’s from Computer to Lowrance LCX 104

Ok, I’m pretty computer savvy but I feel like I am in the 18th century when it comes to these machines and chips. What is the best way for me to input my GPS #’s onto a 512k SD card then import them to a Lowrance lcx 104? Is it possible to just do it in excel or is there another program I need? Also is there a way to download a chart onto the machine without purchasing a $200 chip? Thanks in advance for the help!!

Lowrance has map create software that you can load maps from and transfer them, but its not charts. You can use Navionics NavPlanner if you have a Navionics chip. You will need a card reader for either. I may have an old Map c
Create 5 disc floating around if you want it.
