Yes it can, check pages 106 and 107 of the manual. Bear in mind, Garmin uses an algorithm to convert LORAN numbers to lat/longs. I have found that Garmin's conversion works better than any other conversion I have ever tried. The one thing that you'll need besides the GRI and the secondaries is the time offsets. This is the one thing that requires local knowledge, you won't find it listed any where.
