Default quality depth finder fish finder?

guys, im looking into buying a depth/fish finder. im just trying to get advice from anyone who has any. im looking a quality finder, preferably without gps dual screen, for a decent price(less the 300). i need this for my salt water boat, king fishing. So i need one good for the salt water and fine in the waves of the ocean. color or no color i dont care two much. I've been looking at the Fish Easy 320C Color FF, Seafinder 250 DF, Eagle Seafinder 320DF. Any experience of these or other unit you would recommend. I would also be up for buying one from you guys if you have one your trying to sell. One last question, is that ive seen some of the above models in a "soft package" that is portable. They say it has a suction cup transducer and can easily move from boat to boat. This would really be great for me but i dont want to lose quality or buy a cheap portable one. So if anyone knows how well those portable ones work. Thanks alot!

Eagle SeaFinder 480DF is probably the best alternative within your budget. $225 at BOE. I've had several Eagle/Lowrance units, and have been happy with them all. I had a Lowrance X-126DF a few years ago, I think Seafinder 480DF is almost 100% identical to X-126.

Mentioning quality on that budget, might want to consider aused Furuno FCV600L.
Highlights of my experience -
Pro – Marks better then any Garmin, Eagle I've had.
Cons - Screen's display can wash out a bit in direct sunlight as seen below. Poor readings inshallows <5 feet.
Misc - Performs best if adjusted manually.
