Default Any big differences between Garmin 3010c and 3210?

Just wondering. I've got the 3010 and saw some good deals on the 3210. Thanks in advance.

That, and the 3210 is CAN-net capable, and the 3010 is not. Not an issue if you use the GSD 22 sounder.

Joe

The 3210 is not CANet capable either, see the specifications on this link

All the GSD sounders connect via Garmin proprietary network via Ethernet.

Jim,

If your wanting to move up I'd be interested in your 3010 if it's color.

Doug:

It's color, but from what I am reading the 3210 is virtually the same machine so I'll stay put. Thanks for the interest.

You are correct; I was thinking of the 22xx series MFD. One correction though, only the GSD 22 is ethernet capable

Joe you are correct about the GSD sonar units. You would think I would know that as I upgraded my GSD 20 to a GSD 22 a while back. Eventually we will get all this info correct !!
