Default LMS-522c open connections -- moisture issue??

Just got this unit yesterday, been studying the manual online for about a week now, My question is this: Do the network and ENET connections on the back of the unit need to be covered? I'm not using them as this is going to be used stand-alone and it didn't come with caps for any of the ports. I know the unit itself is waterproof but these are two open plug receptacles. I looked in the LEI manual for caps but couldn't find anything. Any ideas on how to plug these if needed?? R /
