Default ABYSS underwater lights

has any one instslled the abyss s600 blue under water lights from abyss? I am looking to install them on a 27 sea ray not so much for fishing but more for the looks. these seem to be good fit. they are led and are not the break to bank high end ones. they run about $220 and you only have to cut a small hole for the wire. Before i purchase them i want to see if there was anything else out there.

http://www.abysslite.com/

Model S 600: flood wide angle illuminates up to * 30 feet around the transom area.
6 LED – 12 watt will draw only 1 Amp at 12 volts.

Diameter 3 1/8 (80 m/m) thickness 9/16 (15 m/m)

We are a dealer for these. I have not seen them in the water but I have seen them on outside of the water. They are very bright considering the price. The quality seems fine. I think they are worth trying for the price.

one thing to remember, any brand of led lights need to be cleaned of growth usually. non-led lights generate heat so they can be put on a timer to go on for say an hour a night which will burn off/keep any growth from growing on the lens.

I have three of the lights and am very happy with them. They are an excellent value for the $$. I recommend them often. Do a search, there is alot of info on them here.

I bought mine from http://www.abysslite.com however, I would not recommend them. I had one get water in it then the replacement turned yellow, one year later they still will not even return my emails. Bad customer service! BTW these were the LED version.
