Lowrance question

Can get a good deal on a lowrance X58DF sounder. I realise this model has been around for a few years. How would you rate it for a small boat inshore sounder. It has a 240 pixel screen and speed & temp functions.

I've had multiple Lowrance units with no problems. Never had this one but it looks like it will do the job. You might also check out Eagle.

I like lowrance products. 240 pixels is adequate for most inshore applications, however I would prefer 320 or even 480.
