Looking for grounding place on Hydrasport 212

I have a 2001 hydrsport 212 walkaround and am wondering if there is a grounding plate or braid on them already. Need to ground my radar and was wondering if there was already a place I can ground. I would prefer not to ground it to the engine. I would assume the fuel tank is grounded somewhere.

Most tanks are grounded to the battery. The battery is grounded to the water via the engine.
