Default BOE Marine ROCKS

Unsolicited support from me for BOE - a THT sponsor - for their outstanding customer support. I ordered from them a few days ago ( a fairly substantial order btw), and then yesterday saw a lower price on the internet. I figured I was in for a fight. I called their customer service dept. - told him the price I found and asked about matching. He looked up the price on the internet then and there and gave me the lower price ON THE SPOT!! Add to that all the free advice yachtjim gives and this is clear - BOE has my business and should have yours.

I'll second that. Jim and his staff are great. If you get a chance to stop by the shop they have a great display of all the products.

I ordered a new sonar unit to go with my combo unit lcx26
and am waiting on its arrival. Assuming this transaction goes as planned, Jim has a new happy customer. They had the best price i could find anywhere after a lot of searching.

Great customer service. Jim has always been very knowledgable and most helpful whether I've called direct or e-mailed him.

I just might have to do that. I want to pick up an Icom VHF and some other safety equipment.

We have LOTS of electronics displays on display in our showroom and a lot of the popular stuff in stock, but if you want to come by to pick something up just give a call-ahead the day before and we can typically have it here for you to see. It is no commitment to buy if you call ahead like that. Just a commitment to "see", then you can buy it if you like it.
