I have the Garmin software (Inland Lakes and fishing hotspots). So far it's worked well at a local lake (Lanier) and also on the Tennessee River. Good detail and seems accurate.
Navionics has hot maps that has every lake in the country. I have a lowrance unit and i am very happy with it!!

Stretch,
The new Hot Maps Premium from Navionics is very good. A bunch of inland lakes have been resurveyed in the past year or two and you will see some major enhancements very soon from Navionics is what I'm told.
