Losing My Password and User name

Can anyone explain why I keep losing my Password and User name??

Check to make sure your browser accepts cookies. If that's OK, make sure your firewall isn't blocking them.

It's not every time I try to get on. I might go a week or so before it happens. All the while I have been getting on everyday.

Try storing it in the same place all the time. I find if I misplace things, I have a hard time finding them!!

Did you check that little box, under where you log in?. I had to do it again after several months with it on auto.
