Just like first aid kits, I would think that a pre-assembled ditch bag may have inferior contents, overpriced and lacking items for your specific needs and area you boat in.
My recommendation would be to create one for your specific needs, it will be less expensive too.

My bag contains day/night signaling, first aid kit, radio, lights, and a few other things I can't remember.

Steve made some good suggestions. I would cherry pick certain items to pack in a ditch bag and focus on things you know are not packed in your life raft if you carry one. I put a general list below of items you may or may not want to pack in a ditch bag. Some other recommendations would be hats, gloves, trash bags, eyeglasses, spare medicine, playing cards or items I’m sure you can come up with. Thank you, Brian

what make/size ditch bag are you guys using?

Depends on your specific needs.
An offshore boat would need more than an inshore.
It's all about money, number on board, temps, and space.
Start putting together things you think you'll need and then get the right-sized bag.
