What is the best tool/method for cutting this stuff. Particularly, a 45° angle on the edge? Can you just run through a table saw?

We have two CNC machines that do it. I have seen DIY guys use carpet knives but it won't compare to the computerized cuts.

Thanks, I had a couple fine tooth blades for veneer and plastic. Slapped one on the mitre saw and one on the table saw and it cuts it pefectly, no melting or burn marks etc.

Those are our own product. Seafoam. I am glad you liked them, we have been working hard on perfecting the final product.

Mike,

What colors do you offer? I am looking for something close to Awlgrip's Whisper Gray. The SeaDek's cool gray is a tad too light and the storm gray is way too dark.

I need to get a quote, or maybe a template kit so we can get an accurate quote. Emailed the Victor email above and got an auto reply that he is no longer there.

I'm looking to add it to the top of the console and in the under gunnel rod storage. Would like to get the Pioneer logo cut into the under gunnel pieces if possible like you see on the Mavericks. Boat is a Pioneer 197 Islander.
