Where are the Threadfin? - The Hull Truth

Its no secret that the tuna are hot on threadfin shad right now. The issue I am having is being able to locate them consistently.

Anyone got any input on where to find the lil buggers consistently? Hardtails will work, but if you can lighten up on your line and use a smaller circle hook with threadfin, you can out fish someone using hardtails 5 to 1. Thanks guys, and I will see y'all out there this weekend.

Capt Eddie's having pretty good luck with small hardtails.

You headed east or west??
If west leave outa Tiger I usually see em in 40-60' depth. If you know anyone that tarpon fishes from GI and runs towards south pass they generally follow around that depth contour. Ask those guys.
