Where are they biteing and what bait are you using ?

tom i've been soaking shrimp (live or dead) under the causeway about mid span & doing pretty good...some trout, mostly reds & puppy drum

i understand there's fish being caught at the bayou lacombe gas wells, but i haven't done any good there...also tried the new reef balls out of mandeville harbor a couple of weeks ago, no good either

there's always seabrook, but i'd rather mow the grass than get in that mess

What C, not willing to do a little spark plug dodging? LOL

Anyway, cathcing a few nice fish almost every evening just walking the seawall on the Southshore. Thing I like, if the fish don't bite, the scenery is usually pretty good.
