Default Need Help Engine Rebuild Mercruiser

Guys, need some help in Mississippi. I own a 2002 Seadoo Utopia 20.5. Boat stored inside facility. Somehow 1 1/2 gallons of water made it into the oil tank. Had to be put in could not be leak or rain or sinking (according to Mercruiser itself). Probably vandalism. Indoor facility always put oil and water in boat for me. Boat taken without my knowledge to another nearby facility for minor repairs. Kept outside for a period of time. This is when oil/water incident occurred, I believe. First time use after boat return engine problems developed. One cyclinder no compression another 12 lbs. I've waited six weeks for them to do something. Monday, they said not their problem. I picked up boat. I need someone to fix it ASAP. Either rebuild the engine or get me another. I have researched on the internet but difficult to determine what's out there. Is there anyone with 150 miles of Gulfport Miss. that is good at rebuild of a 240 hp EFI Mercury Mē Jet Drive enigine. I will take care of boat storage facility later.

Thanks

Total Performance Marine in Slidell perhaps: (985)649-9888. Gearheads. Don't care for their knowledge of Volvo wiring... but true gear heads. I'd go back for an engine rebuild.

Default RE: Update

Just update on my engine rebuild. I ended up buying a new mercruiser power head from Mercury with one year warranty. A guy named Darren Simmons install and seemed to be very good. I have to break in for 10 hours so will keep posted. Also storage facility paid for the engine, it costs me a few hundred more. Total cost about $8300.
