How do you rig an artificial eel?

Do you have any chance without a tower? Sometimes I think I want to try fishing the migration but not sure where to start.

I fish them out of Destin in a 21' CC without a tower and have had some pretty good success. I stand on the side with one foot and steer with the other. Have caught some pretty nice fish with a 76# being the biggest. You don't need a tower but it certainly helps.

I'm going to take a life insurance policy out on you for a cool million. All I need you to do is just sign on the dotted line and I'll monitor the obits in the daily newspaper.

Usually not during Gorenflo's tourny. Fished it several times and the weather is more often than not pretty windy to terrible.
